At first I liked her a lot, but as time went on she told me I had a sport on the brain and that I was headed toward dementia. None of this has ever been proven. Many times I left her office crying because she would hurt my feelings. My patient advocate insisted I stay with her. No one should leave a psychiatrist's office crying tears of despair.

She's a great doctor, but if it takes repeated phone calls to get a prescription refilled, phone is rarely answered, staff is cold, unsympathetic, ineffective, and no one bothers to even ask if you have enough meds. Kinda makes you wonder if she is a good doctor does she know what the staff is like.

She's a great doctor, but if it takes repeated phone calls to get a prescription refilled, phone is rarely answered, staff is cold, unsympathetic, ineffective, and no one bothers to even ask if you have enough meds, after you've had to start crying because you've called so many times with no response.... Kinda makes ya wonder if she IS a good doctor.... She knows what the staff is like. And written prescriptions? They can't send them to your pharmacy during your appointment. You decide.
