While I love Dr Cresap, waiting 3 hours in an exam room in a paper gown is unacceptable. If this was a one time event I’d understand but it’s happened my last 2 annual visits. Seems friendly, but I keep having problems with the staff not calling in prescriptions, giving me the correct prescriptions, making appointments. It's a very hard staff to work with.
