Doctor great - horrible office communications
I would give Dr. Sachdeva 5 stars, however I downgraded the review due to the nightmare in trying to communicate with her office. The doctor was timely, pleasant, professional and efficient. In contrast, the office's phone system is "broken" in a number of ways - including the fact that I have waited on hold for as much as 21 minutes to speak with someone. In addition, a gentleman named Raymond with whom I spoke twice is woefully inept - he did not give me a timely appointment after a positive FIT test and also gave me inaccurate information about clearances I needed prior to a procedure.

Dr okay, practice sucks
My issue is the lack of available appts. With 20 physicians in the group I have to wait two weeks after discharge from a ER/hospital stay for a gi bleed, dx ischemic bowel to get an appt with anyone (PA). I am not a new patient. Yet they all are accepting new pts but can't make time for existing ones. This is not an acceptable level of care.

Never f**king referring anyone to this office again. So unhelpful and no one listens. Sent a good friend here and they flat out wouldn't listen to her concerns or lived experience.

Dr. Sachdeva initially treated my husband for Achalasia. Due to her professionalism, knowledge, warm bedside manner and responsiveness concerning my husband; it was an easy choice when I needed a GI specialist. Dr. Sachdeva carefully reviews your medical history & current chief complaint. She listens attentively, assesses appropriately & discusses diagnostics, impressions & treatment options clearly with the patient. This doctor is genuinely interested in helping you & finding a positive outcome. I would not hesitate to recommend this fine doctor.

I have a pretty severe constipation problem with physical issues (rectocele, small intestines blocking rectum). I had considered removing my colon to improve motility. Instead Dr. Sachdeva is helping me to cope with an army of means that are as natural as possible and the least invasive including the least amount of medication possible. She is reassuring and relentless as I battle this severe difficulty. I am grateful for her caring nature as well as her expertise.

Pre-colonoscopy visit. She was very easy to talk to. Asked a lot of questions about my and family past history and researched a medication I was on to verify it did not interfere with the procedure. She explained why I was at increased risk, requiring more frequent testing which brought out some information that had not occurred to me.
