Great doctor. I've tried so many medications with no improvement. I was getting hopeless, suicidal because I thought nothing would ever help. Doctors were getting impatient with me because nothing was working. Dr Bajpayi finally found the right combination for me. He's patient, understanding, and not condescending at all. I would definitely recommend him.

I had the WORST experience ever! 1. It took FOREVER to even get someone to schedule an appointment for me. 2. When I finally did get one, I arrived 15 minutes early to just be told that the office never confirmed my appointment via text, so no appointment for me! If this is how the “help” people I don’t know how they are still in business!

Extremely unprofessional in every way possible, nice guy but overall you won’t get the help and attention your looking for here. My first appointment was at 7 and I didn’t end up getting seen till about 745 because he’s triple and quadruples appointments. On that first appointment it was supposed to be a 30 minute evaluation, and i was in there for 10 minutes tops! That was it. He barley got to know me and all he did was push pills at me, also had a phone call appointment and he never called....

Very good dr. But has a secretary who made me switch to a different Dr. unfortunately Dr. Pajpayi can’t control his clerk and leave her do what ever she wants. I missed an Apointment and she was so rude texted me saying that I have to pay 50.00 dollars for a missing Apointment. The max I’ve ever seen was $ 20.00 for missing Apointment and most clerks are always nice and responsive. Unfortunately he has the rudest clerk and I have to find a different dr.

I've been seeing Dr. Bajpayi for about 3 years now. He used to double/triple book is appts and make everyone wait for a while but I believe that has changed since I no longer wait more than 15 minutes to see him. He's been with me through 3 hospitalizations and is very responsive to things I have to say. He listens to me when I tell him about new symptoms or tell him that I don't think my meds are working. He's always telling me to text him if I need him and he always answers me in a timely mann

Quadruple or quintuple-books every 15-min appointment. Ask the other patients getting impatient in the waiting room what time their appointment is. Is that even legal? Dismissive of questions, detached manner, forgetful regarding patient particulars.
