Waited a month for a physical. When they called to confirm I asked about blood work. I have never had a physical with blood work. The receptionist/caller was rude about the question and could not answer it. I cancelled the appointment. If they do not know what a physical entails why would I trust them.

This practice is a joke. I defaulted to them when my former physician retired...sigh. 4PM telehealth appointment scheduled...they called ME late to check me in. I called them at the number left on my VM. They said the practitioner is unavailable and they'd call back. I called THEM back at 4:20 to ask what happened. They said I called the call center. But, it's the SAME number I'm talking to now!!! She checked me in and said someone would be in touch. It's now 35 minutes later. This happens every single time with Bon Secours.

Dr. Deshmukh was very good working with my father who is 85. We changed physicians to come to him and he started over from scratch examining my father. He listened to us and asked great questions. He was very thorough and caring. We've been pleased with his work. We highly recommend him to others.

I didn’t think real doctors still existed. I mean someone who takes their time listening to you and considering options. Someone who cares and spends more than 5 minutes with their patients. Until I met Dr. Deshmukh. He is the best doctor I have consulted in a very very long time.
