Do not waste your time. Because he has a financial interest with MEDTRONICS the first thing he will do is keep at you until you agree to try a spinal implant. This is big money for the clinic because the trial can be done at their own facility rather than a hospital and they can bill insurance thousands. The staff are all inexperienced and very unprofessional

Don't walk, RUN from this so called Dr. yes, he is a bully. very arrogant. only dr. who has ever made me cry!! no compassion what so ever. he does treat you as if you are a liar and criminal! oh, his fee is the most outrageous I have ever paid!

He is a bully. I was with him for less than ten minutes and he made feel like I was a criminal. He is very closed minded and gives out bad information. I would NOT recommend him to my enemies let alone my friends. He considers his patiences liabilities. He charged me $700. I'm never going back there again.

Unorganized office staff, HURRIED exam and analysis. I canceled my follow on treatment. Very uncomfortable setting. The front desk staff either hate each other or don't like their job.

Dr.mambalam is not the doctor you should see ever. He does not allow thc Evan if you have a medical card. Dr.mamalam prescribed me 5mg 4x a day of needed. I've been on them for 4month and prior to going to the pain management clinic I was referred by my surgeon I was also on perc..same dose...Well today when I went to my appointment he had the nerve to tell me no more pain meds because of thc. Hes a cold hearted man..

He is closed minded, and he comes up with excuses for why he won't perform a procedure. Some of his offices and the labs he uses are not on major insurances and they do not notify you in advance. He is a bully. He makes up his mind for a course of treatment , then it's his way or nothing - meaning no meds. He has a terrible bedside manner. He was not my first pain management experience, so I have some insite of what is to be expected- I do not recommend this clinic.
Terrible experience with this doctor. His bed-side manner is poor. Like the majority of pain physicians, he is focused on keeping patients on pain medication long term. Inside of three minutes he told me my pain is chronic, plan to be on pain medications for the rest of my life, and dismissed researching the root cause of the problem. After asking a question, he interrupts every time and then tells me I don't have time. He then stated if I didn't agree with him he wouldn't help me. Stay away!
