I would give this place a zero if possible. They are all about making money and ordering tests on everyone to make money. practices like this is why healthcare costs have risen so much. Staff was unresponsive. Dr did not listen - got the feeling he already had his mind up when walking in on what I needed. They don't care about people just their pockets. Waiting over an hour and not having any answers and just a bunch of tests ordered.

I went to Peak Gastro twice. They failed to give me the prep the first time. 2nd time, I came out of the procedure with a huge hemorrhoid the size of a golf ball, and in a lot of pain. Very poor bedside manners too. My wife looked everywhere for me, but the staff hid me somewhere. They told her I wasn't prepped enough, so they couldn't get good pictures. Who does colonoscopies in an old house anyway? Very suspicious of what was done to me. I will never go back there. Bad practice all around.

I was so very pleased with the level of professionalism of both Dr. Krishnan AND his staff. They were so kind, respectful, and effecient. Everyone worked together to turn an otherwise stressful procedure into a stressLESS procedure. I couldn't ask for a more professional experience than what I received. Thatnk you Dr. Krishnan and your staff!

Highly qualified and caring,,,,

After an EGD will tell you, "Stay on Nexium daily. Come back in three years for another EGD." But will only write out Rx's for three months at a time and forces you to go in for an appointment every three months to get the Rx continued. Incredible hassle for the patient just so you can skim the insurance money on the repeat visits. I find the office staff to be grossly incompetent and frustrating to work with every time I deal with them.

This doctor has no consideration for his patients. We have been waiting 16 day to get back results from a test he preformed. We've called the office to see if someone can please look at the results and let us know what's going on with him. They told us today not to call again, they would call us when the doctor got around to looking at them. I've had my husband in the ER three times including a trip to the University of Utah Hospital. Nobody can do anything until they have the results back.

I am very disappointed with the level of care with Dr. Krishnan. I have experienced a continued issue since 2015, which I have seen Dr Krishnan multiple times in regards to. Every time I saw him, I waited at least 30 minutes in his doctor's room to be seen. I felt no sense of concern or empathy towards my issue. I felt like his office was trying to get money out of me for procedures. I ended up going to a different doctor for a second opinion, which stated his recommendations didn't make sense.

Dr. Krishnan was the third GI doctor I've seen. He was the first GI doctor who had a thorough understanding of my condition, explained things in detail, and had a good plan for management of my condition. He was also willing to run additional tests and dig deeper when I was continuing to have problems. His medical assistant, Jane, is phenomenal. She went above and beyond to help get questions answered and medications changed between appointments. Really a great medical team!
