Dr. Gourineni's work is outstanding. Unfortunately, navigating the communication with him/office staff/insurance completely destroys the experience. Jumping thru hoops since October to get surgery done. Cancelled b/c info isn't sent to insurance, doctor/office provided incorrect phone number for insurance contact, the office staff doesn't answer phone, PA doesn't seem to know how email works, office doesn't keep in touch to provide updates, the office manager doesn't know how to manage cases.

My 5 y/o broker her arm. After the ER visit I came home and found Dr. Gourineni profile and information. This was after hours at 10pm on a Friday Night. I came across his email address and sent him an email requesting an appointment the next morning. He responded to my email and asked me to come in 8am the next day!! I can NOT Thank this man enough for accommodating my little baby to cast her arm the next morning! I would Highly recommend Him to All! Very nice and polite Doctor!

Dr. Gourineni performed a spinal fusion on my daughter for Scoliosis. His work was meticulous and I highly recommend him. Summer, his nurse practitioner, was so sweet, knowledgable and helpful to me who was a very scared mother.

It was pouring down rain. I missed the sign to the clinic and drove right past it. I was less than 15 minutes late. The lobby to the office has a tile floor which was wet. My daughter's crutches slid out from under her and she almost fell. I was informed that he would not see us as we were late. I asked the receptionist to please make an exception as we would not have been late if it were not for the weather. He refused to see us, saying we were not urgent.
