This surgeon is excellent. Visiting the area from NYC when I fell on the ice resulting in a serious wrist break. The ER put me in a cast up past my elbow with an estimated healing time of 12 weeks. I was devastated. 3 days later I met Dr Parikh and he delivered good news - he could operate immediately setting the bones back properly and I'd only have a removable splint. As a bonus he also fixed my carpal tunnel. Best news is he was right. Within hours of the operation I was back to full movement. With experienced PT back home my wrist regained all of its normal functioning. Skill aside he had an exceptional bedside manner, explained the procedure thoroughly and listened to every concern my husband & I had. Background: He did suggest I check into NYC surgeons since that's my home where there's an endless amount of surgical talent. But we were more than impressed with Dr P, so we stayed in Springfield and we couldn't be more pleased with our decision. I only wish we had more like him.

Excellent. He did carpal tunnel surgery on both hands. He told me if I had a scar he'd owe me a coffee...ha-no scars. Healed beautifully, he did the surgery at my wrist rather than in the hand. I have not had an issue with pain nor numbness since.

Dr. Parikh was respectful and knowledgeable and very responsive to my concerns and needs. I saw him for top surgery (curcumareolar double mastectomy) and he respected my gender, expression, and (non-binary, neutral) pronouns thoroughly the entire way. Down to earth, refreshing attitude.

I have already referred friends and family to Dr. Parikh. He is personable, professional and explains what he is thinking and doing as he moves through the office visit/exam. My son had an unexpected and anxiety provoking wrist injury that required surgery and Dr. Parikh and his staff were compassionate and understanding about his need to get in quickly and take the needed steps that would allow him to return to athletics quickly..

I've had a right thumb injury for the past thirteen months. I had previously seen THREE orthopedic surgeons. Dr. Parikh provided a caring physician's perspective to diagnosing both the injury and care options based on the patient's concerns, not the diagnostics. Best care I've received in years. We have a reasonable course of action and I am grateful for his caring demeanor, education and intelligence. Patient first!!!

Dr. Pranay Parikh is a very kind, and understanding Doctor. I went to see him for Top Reconstructive Surgery, and through the whole experience he was thoughtful, and explained what he was going to do through surgery, and after care.

Dr.Parikh helped me when I broke my 5th metacarpal in my right hand. I couldn't afford to be in a cast for 8 weeks during busy season. In a matter of days I had gone for a series of xrays and splints to scheduling the surgery and having full use of my hand in the following week. I am so grateful for Pranay's availability and flexibility when it comes to seeing patients. He took care of me and many of my other family members. I trust his work and would reccommend him to anyone looking for help.

Choosing a doctor from the internet is not an easy task, but from consultation to post-op evaluation I couldn't have been more pleased with Dr. Parikh. He is kind, respectful and knowledgeable. I had a double mastectomy, or "top surgery" and would highly recommend Dr. Parikh to anyone, especially anyone in the transgender community who is looking for a surgeon who truly understands what this procedure means to them. It's wonderful to know that doctors of this caliber exist.
