Dr. Phillip Ludkowski is an amazing surgeon! He is knowledgeable, skilled, and very personable. Dr. Ludkowski was my surgeon for three joint replacement surgeries: Total left hip replacement, total right knee replacement, and recently in March of 2019 total right hip replacement. All surgeries were successful and I am very grateful to him for his expertise, attention to detail, and the care I received before, during, and after these surgeries. Dr. Ludkowski is an excellent surgery specialist!

My most recent experience with Dr. Ludkowski was for a knee replacement 3 months ago. This was my third surgery with him, the previous two being bilateral hip replacement. I also had a shoulder surgery in 1973 with the same firm of doctors at IBJI in Arlington Heights. I've never had any difficulties with any of the surgeries; no infections or blood clots, and recovery has been reasonably easy for all of them. Would not hesitate to use Dr. Ludkowski's services again, recommend highly!

It has been three months since my surgery. I needed a full knee replacement. Before, the whole right side of my body was distorted and walking was painful. Now walking is EASY! I have full range of motion in my leg. My posture has been corrected. Clean small scar on my knee is healed. I Can't thank Dr. Ludkowski enough for my new knee!

I would recommend Dr. Ludkowski in a heartbeat to everyone who needs orthopedic surgery. My hip left hip replacement and recovery was handled expediently and smoothly, not a single glitch or setback. The day of my surgery I got out of bed, I walked, I Even climbed stairs! All without pain. Simply amazing! I have other issues with my heart, with anesthesia, and Dr. Ludkowski was prepared and everything went perfectly without any complications.

Dr. Ludkowski surpassed even the rave reviews of friends who were fortunate enough to benefit from his expertise. My hip replacement was the smoothest and most successful surgery I have experienced. And Dr. Ludkowski's sincere interest and good humor are above expectation. He was right there at the hospital checking on me the following days. Wonderful.

My initial partial replacement was done incorrectly and I was in a great deal of pain. Dr. Ludkowski was recommended to me and he was willing to see me the same day and agreed to do a revision surgery on my knee. I was relieved to know a surgeon with an excellent reputation was willing to help me. Two months later I am doing great. Dr. Ludkowski knew exactly how to redo my partial replacement. He is very gifted, is very easy to talk to and has a great sense of humor.

Excellent Doctor, you may have to wait to see him but when you are seen, he will also spend the time needed with you. I have had knee replacements twice, 15 years apart and he has given excellent care to me both times.

I am 64 and had a partial knee replacement done by Dr. Ludkowski in October 2017. The result has been outstanding. I actually forget I had the surgery. I am still doing the exercises and have had some aches and pains, but they are fading. Very pleased with the progress and the treatment! Great physician! He listens carefully, never hurries a visit and explains things clearly.

I'm 77 years old and put off surgery for 44 years looking for the doctor I felt most comfortable with. I spoke with many of Dr. Ludkowski' patients that were very satisfied with their surgery. After having 2 knee surgeries in the past 4 years, I'm extremely satisfied with the outcome.

In June of 2017 Dr Ludkowski performed a total replacement of my left hip. The surgery went very well as did my rehab process. I had 2 weeks at home PT and 6 weeks PT at IBJI. I recuperated quickly and thoroughly with little discomfort. I also felt well prepared for surgery with all the appointments and presurgical info given through the surgeons office. I would highly recommend Dr Ludkowski. He is excellent!!
