Dr. Phillip Chang, MD

I recently had an upper eye lid lift by Dr. Chang. He is an amazing artist. 6 weeks post op and I am already healed up, look younger and can see well! Everyone compliments me and asks what and where I had it done.

I trust Dr. Chang and his office to make the best recommendations for what would work best for my age. I had a mini-lift, neck lift, and fat transfer a couple weeks ago. It is healing nicely. Great staff and they take care to make you feel comfortable. I will continue to see Dr. Chang.

Nope. Had the same procedure done many times. He should be a dentist instead of a Plastic surgeon. That was his original degree. Not happy at all. Please don't waste your money.

I spent a great deal on a procedure to diminish marionette lines and jowls. I was unhappy with the results. I was terrified during the surgery. And afterwards, I got a terrible infection; it seemed to take forever to heal. When I expressed extreme unhappiness with the results, Chang offered to fix it. But, it seemed to me that there was no plan to improve the jawline or diminish marionette lines. I gave them every opportunity, returning to the office for several painful procedures, which I was originally told would be unnecessary. I felt very disheartened. Eventually fillers diminished the marionette lines, making me feel like the expensive, scary surgery was unnecessary. Then, the original infection caused an abscess, so I had to go back. Chang offered to fix the abscess. But, when I arrived, I felt that he seemed very impatient, and I didn’t understand the brief explanations he provided while cutting into the wrong place behind my ear. I still have the abscess.

Dr. Chang is a great doctor and a very nice man with a wonderful sense of humor. I am extremely happy with the results of my procedure and will not hesitate to return when needed. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Chang is the best. I've been seeing him on and off for 15 years. I've had everything from botox to a mini facelift done. I like that he is honest and will tell you what you need and what isn't worth spending money on. He is also conservative. I trust him not to make me look like I've had work done. I would not go to anyone else.

Dr. Chang is one of a kind - he truly understands what a patient needs and wants. He is very caring and has a great bedside manner. He has a very natural approach in his work and that is what makes him such a great doctor. I highly recommend.
