Excellent knowledge about medical care, and always explains things to make sure that I understand what is going on in my medical care.

If it was up to me I would rate Dr. Stephens with a negative star but it look like i have to give him one for which i feel he doesn't even deserve. I am not to fond of Dr. Stephens he has a horrible bedside manor. He is very belittling to me as one of his patients. The Kaiser staff is nice his nurse is very friendly and curious. i don't recommend him as a doctor. I am trying to change doctors as of this moment.
