Went to Dr. Robb for deviated septum, sinus/breathing problems and hearing issues. My insurance required referrals which I provided before the treatment/testing began. The hearing test was performed by Jennifer Davis and indicated I needed hearing equipment.. Dr. Robb's office required full payment upfront for hearing equipment and said will file for insurance reimbursement and will pay me back once the check is received from insurance company, within 6-8 weeks. After 2 months I followed up to learn that the insurance co denied the payment because the referral had expired and it is good for 6 months only. I visited Dr. Robb several times since but no one informed me that referral had expired. When I brought the matter to the office manager, she told me this is between me and my insurance company and it is my responsibility that the doctor’s office has updated referrals. Now I am out $7K and a hearing aid warranty stuck with them. I don’t really want to go there anymore.

I went to Dr. Robb for a sinus infection. Was charged almost $700.00 to treat it with antibiotics, and to add insult to injury, I was charged a new patient fee of $185.00. I found the charge insulting since Dr. Robb had done my sinus surgery, and I had been to see him a number of times over the years. When I questioned the charge, the billing lady told me "your insurance allows us to charge it so we do." Is that the way to treat a repeat customer? I will never be ripped off by Dr. Robb again.

Dr. Robb and his staff were fantastic. Both my husband and I had surgeries with Dr. Robb and I would recommend him to everyone. His bedside manner is fantastic. The sad part is knowing I no longer need to visit this practice because he fixed my issues.

Find another option to Dr Robb. Had awful experience with him. The office visit was not bad and he did treat what I came in for, however in addition performed test that was not explained to me would be additional charge, and had little to do with main reason for visit. When discussing extra fee after I received bill, he became extremely difficult to deal with and very unprofessional. One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a doctor. Do not recommend!

Dr. Robb has been an amazing resource for our children/family. When our pediatrician continued to treat the symptoms, rather than the cause of their ailments, we found Dr. Robb. Within a minute of our first visit, we were well on our way to a valid diagnosis (enlarged adenoids) and a solution. I cannot recommend Dr. Robb enough - he has performed surgery on both my children and improved their quality of life in a profound measure.

Dr. Robb performed sinus surgery on me in Dec 2015. The pre-op and the post op care I was given was wonderful. He is one of the most dedicated doctors I have ever met. He is concerned about his patients. He explains everything and asks questions. He wants his patients to be happy and knowledgeable about their treatment. I have recommended him to others.
