Dr. Rafiy & his reception area staff are terrific. The only complaint I have is with the X-ray technician he was crude & unhelpful. I was getting an X-ray of my spine he didn't even offer to help me on or off the table & was not gentle while positioning my body for the xray

Horrible doctor. Used my insurance to prescribe illegal prescription drugs to another person. Would not recommend this doctor to anyone!!

I was referred to Dr. Rafiy when I was suffering with severe lower Lumbar difficulties. Dr. Rafiy acted quickly when he heard that it was caused by a fall in my office at work. I began to lose the feeling in my right leg, knee and hip. Being a salesperson in NYC, my career was at stake. I was comfortable enough with Dr. Rafiy, to allow him to perform radical surgery on my back. Dr. Rafiy inserted two metal bars in my spine on a Friday, and I walked out of the hospital that following Sunday.

Exellent doctor, professional, very kind and gentle man. Highly recommend for back surgery.
in Hicsville NY |
His only concerned is with billing. He does not care about his patients. He refused to perform my final Injection in a series of 3 injections Rendering the first two injections completely ineffective. He said that he would not see me at a scheduled appointment because of a bill that was under review with my insurance CO unless I paid half of the bill. Then his staff said "if the insurance co is going to pay you can get reimbursed".
