Our Family has been seeing Dr. Perdue for multiple years, has had numerous procedures done by him & He is just the greatest Orthopedic Specialist/Surgeon in the Eastern district! When it was determined my 90 y/o Mother needed a knee replacement; she was nervous & dumbfounded but as she begin to ask patients in the Lobby who to go to; 97% of the patients begin to suggest Dr. Perdue. Many had already had procedures done by him, but surprisingly i learned that many was there from out of town recommended by other patients! My Mother had excellent results & healing time. Then years later it was my turn & after seeing her post-op results i had no doubt who would be doing mines. And now my ole hip is bone to bone & he already knows so here we go again!

I came in for a shoulder and knee injury and was treated with the utmost professionalism and genuine concern. I was worried that my whole case might not be addressed given the nature of my injuries, but Dr.Perdue took time and interest in ME, and he has guided my care in a way that gives me confidence in recovery. I am forever grateful.

Well most people don’t like to go to the doctors, but I look forward to seeing The Best Orthopedic Doctor in all of NC. He’s been taking care of me for over 15 years and I always recommend him to everyone I know. I pray he never retires since I won’t have anyone treat me but him. I worship that man.

Dr. Perdue Jr. MD is a wonderful doctor. My 10 year old son got into a bad dirt bike accident and was rushed to Vidant Health. Where Dr. Perdue Jr. MD preformed his surgery for a Humeral Distal Fracture aka horrible break to his left arm. He did a amazing job and made sure he explained everything so that we as parents understood. I am so grateful for Dr. Purdue Jr. MD and would recommend him to anyone else in a similar situation.
