I have been a patient of Dr. Leo for well over 15 years. Never a problem until September 2020. I had three emergency visits within a week for my throat closing. I asked him for an Epipen. His answer was no you haven't been here in two years. I told him I have an appointment in three weeks. That's the closest appointment he could give me for my emergency. I didn't see Dr. Leo last year because he was on vacation and I needed a wellness visit. That would have been overdue if I would have waited for Dr. Leo to return. I felt he could have given me the script for the Epipen since I had them before for bee stings. My opinion is Dr. Leo is so out of touch. He has my medical records for over fifteen years. I was in the emergency room three times within a week. Under those circumstances I think any half witted Dr. wouldn't have a problem writing a script for an Epipen. My life could have depended on this Epipen. I would not go back to Dr. Leo. I'm having regrets being a patient of his.

Dr Leo is an excellent Doctor and very thorough. He logs in all your information on his laptop so, when he comes into the office he is well prepared to see you and with all your information. He also follows thru with test results in a promptly matter. I will definitely recommend this doctor to anybody so much so that I already brought him 4 members of my family including my mom.

While Dr. Leo has a great bed side manner, the wait times, the rude staff and the fact that he doesn't remember anything from the last visit made it easy to switch. That and the fact that he charges a no show fee, even though it was my teenage son and the wait times are ridiculously long. How about I charge YOU for making me miss over an hour of my day for waiting?
