This man thought (and I quote) that I "wanted him to wave a magic wand and make all of my problems disappear." I was shocked by his sheer disrespect and dismissive attitude. He did not care to have a conversation about any further developments to my condition, nor did he refer me to another professional who could help me. All he said was "All I can tell you is that your eyes are dry." This, of course, was all after the assistant collecting my information just up and left the room, mid-questioning, leaving the door ajar. Overall, this man's service and application of his "medical knowledge" is pathetic!
