Absolutely loved this Heart Specialist. He is very through. He ordered the nuclear stress test, and made a follow up appointment days later. He explained everything so we could understand it. He is very soft spoken, and we found him thoughtful and kind. We were very happy to have had him for a consultation. We were highly recommend him.

I have no doubt that Dr. Gideon knows his stuff and is a good doctor. I do not question this. He is, however, part of a "company" that is all about selling. Anyone who has been in sales can recognize this. His company is all about making money, selling procedures, drugs, tests, implantable devices and keeping patients in a revolving door through their offices so they can keep billing insurance. Up-sell is the key word. If you like used car dealers, you will love this guy and his company.

In short, he was rude. I was asked to provide some very specific information to my employer by a cardiologist. DR Gideon flat refused to even ad the document with the requested information and I'd that it wasn't his job to do that. Plus I waited about an hour after my scheduled appointment to even see him. As far as the rest if the staff I interacted with they were polite and professional, office was clean and orderly.

Dr. Gideon is one of the best doctors I have ever had. His patient 'bedside" manner is exceptional. He takes time to explain everything. Helps you to make decisions on treatment. Is a most caring human being who happens to be a great doctor. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a cardiologist.

    Why Does Experience Matter?

Even specialists specialize. One orthopedic surgeon might do nothing but hip surgeries, while another does nothing but knees. If you want the best possible care, it’s critical to match your medical need with the doctor who truly specializes in treating it.
