Favia was merely OK when he worked with Alpine Family. He has become negligent and intolerable since getting his own practice. He has expressed immaturity and jealousy issues. If you see a specialist or go for extensive studies, he will not treat you the same. He behaved betrayed and ignored my concerns for years. Even mocking me when I bring in a list of concerns expecting answers stating that "I got my monies worth this visit"

Awful primary care. We like Dr Favia, too bad he is never there when you need him. Healthcare provider should be helpful and knowledgeable. Twice in emergency we ended up with other member of the staff. Appointment was rushed and misdiagnosed. Very unprofessional culture around the office.

My family of 6 have gone to Dr Favia since he was at Advocate (over 15 years). Since moving to the new office we have experienced a wild, terrible ride. Our daughter was treated awfully by the front office when we needed help most, lied to and repeatedly misguided all in an attempt to see her Doctor in a emergency situation. We are heartbroken as a family and are seeking a new office. I cannot in good conscience recommended this office.

My whole family saw Dr. Favia for years. He listens intently and doesn’t rush you. He communicates clearly and checks up on you even after your visit. The nicest doctor who helps you get to the “bottom” of things. He diagnosed my MS just by me telling him 2 unrelated issues I was having. We moved away and miss having such an attentive and caring doctor.

Dr. Favia is the only primary physician I will ever see. I have had to wait a little while here and there for an appointment or in the waiting room but it is a doctors office! Fantastic doctor. His demeanor is friendly yet professional and has called me to get information about referring another patient to a clinic I've gone to for other health needs. Obviously protecting both of our confidentiality. Best primary doctor I've ever had.
