Dr. Bernard is personable, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He is up-to-speed on my history before he walks into the room. He seems to genuinely care, asks good questions and is attentive to my concerns (treating me as an individual, rather than using the same cookie cutter approach for everyone). I have only seen him for dermatology issues so far because, frankly, I didn't realize he practiced family medicine. He's awesome, and his staff is also EXTREMELY courteous and helpful. A+

I am diabetes patient. I had developed wound below knee that was not going away. I visited him. He was very friendly and professional. His prescription worked like magic, and I am free from any recurrence for the last eight months

This was the worst experience I have had with a Cleveland Clinic physician. I went with the assumption that he was a Dermatologist, not true. He walked into the room did not sanitize or wash his hands or even put on gloves. Them he proceeded to tell me that my skin condition did not look like psoriasis, although I have had it for over 40 years, with several biopsy's. When he proceeded to touch my skin, without proper sanitation, I thought I would be sick. Maybe he is better at Family medicine.
