Dr. Rullan is extremely skilled at his area of expertise and has the experience and staff that any patient can trust and be comfortable with. Can't recommend highly enough.

Dr. Rulan is a highly skilled, compassionate doctor. In fact, I think he is a perfectionist. A couple of years ago, he removed a cancerous skin growth on my face and he did such a perfect job (both medically and cosmetically) that I cannot even see the hair-line scar that should have resulted from the procedure.
