He is a graduate of Fairfield University and went on to study medicine in the United Kingdom at The Queens University of Belfast School of Medicine. After which he returned to the U.S. to complete his residency at Brown University. Dr. McKay returned to Belfast where he attended the Royal Victoria Hospitals Program. He practiced in the British National Health service Surgical Training program and became a certified member of the Fellowship of the Royal College of Ophthalmologists. He continued to practice in Belfast for two more years before returning to the U.S."

Wait time tooooooo long. When I complained he was extremely rude. Said I put my head out of room door looking for him and “huffed”! Then come into examine room and was rude. Told him how long I waited and he did not believe me. I walked out and will not go back. This is not first time.
