Care Philosophy

This content was provided by Dr. Kubitz "When you are in pain, you want help. What you need is a pain doctor, not a pain "technician." The art of accurately diagnosing, caring for, and working through the challenges of treating patients in pain is becoming lost with more and more practices built on volume and lack of quality. I strive to offer a more traditional approach to your care, and provide comfort in knowing that your treatment is personalized to your needs."

He listens, be hears, he cares and he does this to develop the right diagnosis. He is not a clock watcher. Amazing. It doesn't get better than that. He will spend time with you. He is compassionate and honest and will ensure he is doing the right thing. And he is personable! Perfect combinations for a great doctor! I love him!!
Ms. Mikesell - Thank you for this kind review regarding your experience with Dr. Kubitz. Historically, at Pain Consultants of Arizona, we have not made it standard practice to solicit for positive reviews, so we always appreciate when any of our patients take their own personal time to express their gratitude.
Nick, Thank you for this positive review, it is always appreciated when our patients spend time letting us know when we are helping our patients in the right manner.

Ms. Snow, Thank you for your time in writing this review. Please always let us know if there is anything we could do better to help us provide you and our other patients optimal care.

I have bulging discs By the time I got my appointment for a shot I was starting to improve Dr. Kubitz told me to return when and if the pain was unmanageable. He said we could not tell if it worked if I got a shot when it didn't hurt very much. Since thenI have continued to improve. I saw Dr Whirlow (another office) and she ordered an MRI and PT. I am grateful to Dr. Kubitz for NOT injecting me (to make some money). I shall return if the pain returns.

Wonderful caring physician who truly understands chronic pain. Fantastic interpersonal skills and interactions. Provides exemplary care and consideration. One of the best physicians I've ever been treated by in my life. I've recently moved to Wisconsin and realized I'll likely never find a Pain Management physician of the same caliber as Dr. Kubitz.
