in Pikesville, MD |
Waited 1 and 1/2 hours for the doctor to come in. I had to repeat everything I told his assistant an hour before. He did not listen well. Missed an important X-Ray then found it after much difficulty. Told me I may need a back specialist which was shocking because I thought he WAS the back specialist. Poor communicator. He had brought into the exam room two additional people and gave no explanation as to who they were. Rushed me through after a half examination. Also condasending and rude.

He was very good. He kissed my boo-boos better and gave me a sticker after my shot. 8/8, and I will for sure recommend!
Baltimore, MD |
He provided me with an air cast walking boot and I saw major improvements in my severely sprained ankle within three days of his medical attention
in Randallstown, MD |

Dr. Jay removed an enchondroma from my right shoulder in late December 2004. My experience with him was excellent. Once we got to know him we found him to be very personable. Unfortunately I have had a reoccurence of the enchondroma. I live in New York and I WISH I had Dr. Jay nearby to ask questions and as my potential surgeon.

He wasn't warm and fuzzy first visit but follow up and hip replacement experience was wonderful
