My MA PCP failed to listen to my 30+ years of issues with GERD. I researched and found an article by Dr. Denk then heard him speak at a Lee Memorial health education center session. When I met with him, he LISTENED and then offered options to diagnose and then reviewed the results and again offered options for treatment. He treated me with respect and professionalism. He described clearly what to expect. Success: I have had NO acid reflux in the 7 weeks since surgery.
