Patient Comments (1)
in Elmwood Park, IL |
Dr Calabrese is a good doctor, but the wait time is incredible and the staff is rude and incompetent. I recently had to wait two hours for an appointment, had bloodwork done, they did not take enough and had to go back. Was charged for two visits, and the messed up and charged me double for some of the blood tests. Called today to get in for a quick chekup since I feel I am getting a respiratory infection and they said sorry, go to immediate care or ER!! After 16 years of being a patient!!!
