First, I recommend that people do NOT use Dr. Percival Pangilinan, MD. The recommendations I would make to family and friends if they were to encounter Dr. Pangilinan would be to request a different Doctor before he even begins, and if they have no choice but to use him then start video and audio recording immediately.
