After waiting three painful months for an appointment, years of struggling with chronic sciatica & multiple differing opinions, disappointed to learn that she does not prescribe medications for pain. The injections didn’t work, and I didn’t get the impression that she cared one way or the other.

Very satisfied Dr. Safaein appointment
She was prompt, friendly, not in a rush, answered all my questions and explained all the possible treatments. She listens well. I got the impression she cares for her patients and will do her best for them. This was my first meeting with her, and I came away very confident that I had found the right doctor. Her support staff was also very friendly and efficient.

Told me that she preferred not to prescribe pain management drugs, despite the fact that I wasn’t sleeping through the night. Actually laughed at me when I almost fainted from a cortical steroid injection. It took more than two weeks for me to get a follow up message from her, even though my pain increased after the steroid shot
