Dr. Yashar is possibly the most caring doctor I've met. Maricela, his assistant, is no less. I was overseas for several weeks while my father was in the ICU. He treated him with as much care as if he were his own father. I truly believe he was instrumental in saving his life. Upon my return, the rest of the hospital team echoed these thoughts. As one nurse said: He does all the 'little-things' that matter to get his patient to do well. He's so busy, and yet somehow he is still able to deliver this personalized care where you feel like you're getting as much attention as you need. I am so grateful for him.

What Dr. Yashar and his staff do, no one else does. I've been amazed. I am writing this because they deserve to be recognized for it and I want them to know they are appreciated. A doctor cannot cure or figure out everything, but it's important to know that they care, are wise, and go the extra mile. He doesn't advertise and is not on social media to promote himself, which is a sign that he's good! But everyone at Cedars knows he's the best.

Best of Cedars – Aug 04, 2021
Dr Yashar came to visit me at Cal Rehab. In the two weeks I was there, he changed around all my cardiac and diabetic medications from a total of 18 down to 6. 6! And I’ve never felt better. He cares when other doctors don’t. He coordinates things for you behind the scenes that you may never know or find out about much later. He’s a kind person and a consummate professional. I recommend him to any friend or family.

Great doctor. Amazing staff. Knowledgeable, reliable, and trusted. He is the best of Cedars-Sinai. I signed up as a concierge medicine patient and the relief of knowing I have someone like him to call in case of emergencies is invaluable. He goes above and beyond.

Dr. Yashar is honestly one of the most caring and helpful doctors I have ever had. He's amazing. Simply put: he turned my life around. His staff is just as good. He's not in-network with my insurance so he costs a little more, but is well worth it. I'm very grateful for him.

I have needed so much attention in helping care for my Father who has had a very rapid decline during COVID times. Dr. Yashar, Maricela and Julisa (spelling??) have been so attentive and responsive during a time that has been very scary and upsetting for our family. They have been a lifeline..literally. To be able to call them and get help with home health care, tests, etc... I am forever grateful and I highly recommend Dr. Yashar He has consistently taken great care of my Father for many years.

Dr. Yashar helped turn my life around.  I was hospitalized multiple times over a year with congestive heart failure with my doctors in Orange County.  I finally gave up and came to Cedars-Sinai where I was assigned to his care.  Since then, I have not required further hospitalization due to his excellent care.  He's caring, capable, and compassionate.  You can't ask for better.
