Dr. Samuel was kind and took extra time with myself and my wife. It was the first time in a long time that I felt like anyone was actually trying to listen and help us

He nor anyone in his office followed up on a procedure he was to schedule for me. This was in February, it is now the end of June. Even with me calling weekly for a month and leaving email messages I never received a response from him. He doesn't really seem to care about his patients.
