Best medical advice I've had
I live 1:15 hour away from Doctor Tortolani’s practice, consulted with him in May of 2017, and am writing this in January of 2023. If I had any regrets, I would feel them now; however to the contrary, his consultation was very well worth my time. Doctor Tortolani gave me full attention, displayed great amount of knowledge, provided me the best advice; therefore, since my visit I have been feeling a lot better. I highly recommend this Doctor.

Multiple surgeries
Multiple surgeries this one will do the trick then had to do another after putting in rods. The second was more involved and still didn’t work.

Best Spinal surgery
What a remarkable, extraordinary, compassionate physician. I cannot put into words sufficiently the care and concern that was given me for my extensive cervical and thoracic repair by Dr Tortolani and his superior team. I highly recommend him, and I am most grateful for all he has done for a complex spinal repair. As a nurse for many, many years, I recommend Dr Totolani without reservation.

Dr. Tortolani was exceptional from start to finish. He took his time with me on my first visit to explain my MRI in detail and describe the surgery he proposed and the justification for his approach, which I found eminently logical. I went to the hospital on a Monday morning for my surgery. I was in ridiculous pain. Five hours later, I came out of anesthesia with no pain at all! Even the surgical site pain was minimal (acetominophen wasn't even really necessary). A week later, I continue to be pain-free and opioid-free and I consider this an amazing and life-changing event. Dr. Tortolani is the best there is!

Very compassionate doctor. Extremely knowledgeable, caring doctor. Explains and takes the time to listen to you and answer all your questions. I would definitely recommend him, in fact I have recommended him to my brother who traveled from New Jersey to see him. He helped my brother who was suffering with back pain.
