I JUST left his office in tears. I’ve never met a ruder Dr. I started to tell him what was wrong-he wouldn’t even let me get 2 words out & said I can’t help you & told me nothing is wrong with my ears, which have been plugged since January. I’ve been on a 10 month crazy medical journey-sent...Read More

He came in the room, barely addresses my issues and had the audiologist address my hearing. The audiologist found a hearing loss in my right ear. He saw me again and told me that I had a loss and needed an MRI. He never explained why. I had to ask him to come back and explain this to me. He also...Read More

Dismissed my issues, told me a condition I had been experiencing for 8 months was impossible to have, was very off-putting. Made me feel very defeated about something I've been dealing with for a long time. Clearly did not want to help.

His response was "don`t blow your nose" I thought he was kidding....... he was not, I refuse to see...Read More

Came in for severe ear pain that had left by the time I got an appointment. Dr. Topf glanced in my ear, said it was normal, told me to come back if it hurt again and said goodbye. About a one minute appointment. Never asked any questions or spoke about what may have caused the pain.
