I went to Dr Tartter for a 2nd opinion and he was understanding and gave me great advise and at the same time leaving my treatment decision up to me. Dr. Tartter knows what he's doing but I felt like an object, not a patient. Several times he asked the PA to look up info in my chart, that I knew the answers to, but when I spoke they both completely ignored me. It doesn't feel good to be topless on a medical table while two people talk over you...Read More
