Personally, I think Dr. Ritchie is great. The office staff is horrible. The receptionist hung up on me when trying to leave a message for the MA Suzanne. Suzanne NEVER calls back. it seems the only way to get help is to go into the office or make another appointment. The wait for appointments...more

Dr. Ritchie is great, however his staff and office is horrible. I left multiple messages with Suzanne, his medical assistant and they either go in a black hole or are completely ignored. Also they told me they don't always get messages left with their after hours phone service. That is inexcusable...more
