Dr. Marchetto is an associate professor of orthopedic surgery at Thomas Jefferson University. He is the assistant team physician for the Philadelphia Eagles and has served as the assistant team orthopedic surgeon for the Philadelphia Flyers and Phantoms. He has also served as the head team physician for Drexel University and Rutgers University, Camden. Previously he was the director of sports medicine at Hahnemann University. He is board certified in orthopedic surgery and completed a sports medicine fellowship at Temple University Hospital. He has co-authored numerous articles and research papers on sports medicine. He has lectured nationally and internationally. He is very active in the education of physicians, medical students, athletic trainers and physical therapists. He specializes in arthroscopic surgery of the knee and shoulder.
