Dr Gambino and Nurse Practitioners A+
I have been a patient for several years at Dr. Gambinos office in Stuart, Fl. He and all his Nurse NP’s are fantastic. If only the rest of his Staff step up to the plate this would be the perfect office. The phone lines are terrible. Most times no one answers or gets back to you for days and you have to try and try again. It is very frustrating. But the Doctor and his other Practitioners are excellent.

Dr. Gambino is a brilliant doctor. I'm from Boston, MA and I wouldn't settle for just any doctor. He's takes his time with you and makes sure all your health issues are covered before you leave the exam room.

10/27/20 was my first appointment with D. Gambino as a new patient. I arrived 20 minutes early as directed to fill out paperwork. When I got to the office I became very nervous in their 12x14 waiting room. There were 2 employees behind a counter, 2 patients at the counter, a mother standing with her baby, 4 people sitting in chairs, 5 people in counter line to check in and 3 people waiting outside to get in. Although, everyone was waring a mask there was no social distancing as we were elbow to elbow. After waiting about 10 minutes I was given paperwork to fill out, and taken to a back room where I literally had to sit next to another patient. As I sat for about 30 minutes, observed 2 employees in a back room with their mask down socializing. At this point realized how dangerous this environment was with the protocol for the covid virus. As a senior with underlying conditions, I try to be careful, not to the point where I'm paranoid but respectful to other people. So, I left ASAP.

The office is a disaster. Wait times are over 45 minutes every time. Staff changes often, no one behind the desk has an idea. The roof is always leaking when it rains. I count dozens of HIPAA violations every visit, imagine what you cant see. They collect copays before your visit, much like a fast food restaurant. Dr. Gambino is a good guy, but that’s about all they have going for them. Look elsewhere, thank me later.

I was impressed by the caring and personal attention I received. He listened to my problems and took action in a way that resolved the problem- quite different from the impersonal care we receive at most clinics. I do not hesitate in recommending Dr Gambino.

I have been going to Dr. Gambino for a year and a half. He is the third doctor that I have been to in Florida. I can't believe that I finally found a Doctor who I am comfortable with. He is compassionate, friendly, knowledgeable and more than competent. He always explains the results of any test or condition you have and is always spot on..If you call the office to speak to him he always calls you back the same day...After every visit his last statement to me is " Do uou have any Questions for Me" I would and have recommended him to anyone that needs a doctor. The staff is also pleasant and friendly. As far as I am concerned if you need a good doctor he's the man. By the way I am referring to the Hollywood Office

I absolutely love this office. I thought it was impossible to find a good doctor in Florida after moving down for New York. Front desk is always friendly, Jenny is fantastic, and Dr. Gambino couldn't be a better physcian. I've never had better or more personal care from a healthcare team. Would highly Recommend.

My wife and I were both new patients and went in for a physical. As is normally the case we received a blood test. We were contacted by the office and told we needed to come in to discuss results with the doctor. They said it is not legal to give result information over the phone. That is true for a receptionist but not the doctor. Gambino is a friendly guy and seems competent, just seems income is just one notch above healthcare. We will not be returning.

I would not recommend going to see this doctor they have no compassion for their patients and it seems like all they care about is taking your money very untrustworthy then they'll give you medicine without finding out if you might have an allergic reaction to these medications very unprofessional

I’ve been a patient with Dr Alario and Dr Gambino since the opened their office in Stuart. Dr. Gambino is a truly rare physician, he really takes the time each patient needs and this makes all the difference in my opinion. There may be some long waits (that’s what happens when people love their doctor) but you must acknowledge some degree of wait and even some growing pains as this office expands and staffs up to make things better for each patient. Keep up the good work Staff, its not easy.

Gambino over-billed to the tune of about $2000 (for a small skin irritation about 1 centimeter in size. We were told by the staff that everything was covered after asking several times. After a year, and constant refusal of the insurance to pay (for what they considered unnecessary treatment). I'm not sure how a small skin legion required head scans, an EKG and every possible blood test under the sun. Stay away from this office like the plague. We are consulting a lawyer friend at this time.

Dr Gambino is a great small town doctor. Yes, sometimes you wait. It’s because he actually takes time with you and cares. All health care providers are overwhelmed with patients and if you want to push a doctor to get in and out of an office quickly don’t go here. I know dozens of people that he has helped through health problems that other doctors failed to take the time to diagnose. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Gambino is an exceptional physician! I have been going to him for years and he has helped me through so many tough times. I am a very anxious patient. He is not only remarkably thorough he makes sure I am followed up immediately. If I am sick, his wonderful staff makes sure I am able to see him the same day. You will have to wait because he is in very high demand. He cares about his patients and gives them as the time they need. Most doctors are in a rush, he will take his time and listen.
