in Denham Springs, LA |
Dr. Friedlander's staff is very friendly and have helped me through this. I have not had my surgery yet but he and the Doctors that work with him have done all they can to explain and put me at ease for the procedures I require.
Baton Rouge, LA |
I do not know this physician but I have been trying for over 2.5 weeks to get an appointment. I was referred to him that said he was good. I will never know because his office is very inefficient and I have left 3 messages to get an appointment to no avail. No one bothers to return calls and I have managed a lot of physician offices and this was one of the worst. If the doctor knew how inefficient his staff really was and that the phone is his first impression he would be so shocked.
