I had a three level anterior cervical discectomy and fusion, I can not believe he is so down to earth and kind in todays date. He explains everything to you and will give you all options, He will even tell you if you want you can wait and watch but with these risks I will recommend not taking the...more

Dr. Francis saved my life 19 years ago - brain tumor surgery. Was told by Dr. Francis how difficult it was - Surgery lasted 12 hours. Talked about himself the entire time. As in the WHOLE time. Counseling was horrible. Did not explain my MRI, pathophysiology, course of disease, treatment options, nothing. Shut down every inquiry I had about treatment telling me to live with it. Straight up told me he doesn't like surgery before...more
