Syracuse, NY |
Doctor Fiacco is a caring doctor that takes the time to listen to you and is very competent. However, the office staff isn't that great. You can tell they treat you like a number and don't really care to help, they just want to get their job done and move on to the next person. They also can't take any constructive criticism of they way you are treated. If you can handle LONG (usually an hour past appt time) wait times and the uncaring staff, this is a decent practice

Trying to get into see Dr. Flacco is difficult. This is due to his popularity which is well deserved. I have been going to CNY Family for years and while there are other very fine Drs., and PA’s I try my best to wait to get into see him. When the time comes for him to retire I don’t know what I will do. He is compassionate, friendly, listens and truly cares about his patients. His nurses and assistance’s follow up with patients and respond back in a timely manner.

I have been a patient of Dr Fiacco's for at least 25 years since he was at North Med. My only issue is availability. He's so popular that besides long waits , often you can't get fit in and have to see his PA (who is also very good) or someone else in the large practice. I have no complaints about Dr Fiacco, only high praise, he's personable, compassionate and very knowledgeable.

Very rude secretary in the office. Wouldn't recommend this doctor at all.

Dr. Fiacco saved my life, literally. I am an insulin dependent diabetic with high blood pressure. He did everything and tried numerous medications to bring my high blood pressure under control, which is usually 130/70. As for my blood glucose readings, we're still working on that. I have recommend Dr. Fiacco to all my family and friends.
