I asked a member of the staff to explain the procedure being done. Deborah Lorenz said she would have Dr. Collins call me. He called but instead of explaining what he was doing he accused me of missing appointments and asked me in a very rude way was I going to have the procedure done. He has the worst bedside manner I have ever experienced. He comes across as a total uncaring doctor. I sincerely hope other people read this and find a truly caring doctor. HE NEEDS TO RETIRE!!!!!

My experience with Collin was very poor- I would not recommend him to anyone- the God complex he carries is overwhelming. I have multiple doctors in my life and this was the first experience with someone so inept and uncaring -Go back and find another doctor
