Dr. Coffeen performed outstandingly for my atrial fibrillation ablation procedure. It was a life-changing result which two years later allowed me to finish second in my age group in the Austin Capitol 10K.

Everything went very smoothly, from check-in to seeing Dr. Coffeen himself. In between I got an ECG done by a very friendly nurse and an assessment by Dr. Coffeen’s assistant. Everyone involved was friendly and courteous. Moreover, I had a sense that everyone was genuinely concerned about my care. Recommended.

Dr. Coffeen has been extremely responsive in treating my A-Fib disease, from the original diagnosis through a cardiac ablation. He explained the consequences of Atrial Fibrillation and the options to treat it. I chose to be treated with medication for several years, but continued to have issues. The doctor and I decided at that time to schedule cardiac ablation, which has proven to be very successful. I am now free of anti-arythmic drugs and doing fine.

I was very pleased with Dr. Coffeen's treatment of my atrial flutter. He is a good listener, and I never felt rushed through consultations with him. The ablation he performed was a complete success and I had no complications following the procedure.

I wish I could give him a minus number...he was on call when my husband was in the emergency at Seaton Highland Lakes and St David's in Austin, my husband has afib. The doctor at Seaton called him early in the morning and he told her to call back at 8:00!!!!! then he would not even tell her which hospital to transport him to until 8:00, so my husband lay there with no available help!!!!

The entire staff, from Dr. Coffeen to the receptionist that checks you in, shows the utmost care and respect for each and every patient. We are treated with patience and concern, all our questions are promptly answered or referred to someone that can answer. They have my complete trust. The staff never acts as if you are taking to much time or asking a 'stupid' question. They realize that you are entrusting your life to them and treat your life with the regard it deserves.

I was referred to Dr. Coffeen by my cardiologist after I was diagnosed with A-fib almost two years ago. His calm manner of explaining what was happening with my heart rhythm and his expertise through treatment helped me through a scary time. Just had another check-up with Dr. Coffeen last week. My heart rhythm has been back to normal for 17 months now and I’m feeling great! I definitely recommend Dr. Coffeen and his staff with the highest of ratings.
