Started out fine they performed 2 surgeries and still in pain probably more pain than when they started had to switch doctors just felt that I wasnt getting the help I needed with them and felt I wasn't told everything about mri results was told they looked fine nothing stuck out to them and then I read the mri reports in my records and it wasnt the same in my opinion
Daphne, AL |
Dr. Canale was not nice to me. Acted as if my pain didnt exist because the MRI didnt show the right "amount" of degeneration compared with the symptoms. While he did want to do further testing his bedside manner is terrible and he has no empathy at all.
Daphne, AL |
Looks down at you like you're not as good as him because he thinks he's smarter. Does not take patient complaints seriously. Very arrogant with poor bedside manner. Wanted to operate on my back. Got a second opinion, turns out, it wasn't even necessary. Got nerves cauterized and went to PT. Back is as good as ever now.
Daphne, AL |
He operated on my back several years ago when it actually was not even needed. Now I am left permanently disabled, and, according to him, it is not possible because he is perfect, and makes no mistakes. Ignores you when he thinks you do not need surgery, then finds a way for you to need surgery and becomes very interested and friendly, then goes back to ignoring you again.

Dr Canale is annn amazing surgery. He fused several vertebrae in my neck. 100% successful and no more pain. Plus, he is a great guy.
