  4. Chronic Refractory Osteomyelitis (Infection of the bone)
  5. Failed Surgical Grafts or Flaps
  6. Acute Peripheral Arterial Insufficiency

 

While there are many other Medicare approved uses for HBO these typically are life threatening emergencies that are restricted to in-patient programs.
