My 99 yr. old mother with a broken hip was taken to Dr. Braaton by medical transport from the rehab hospital for follow up appt. after surgery. She was in alot of pain. We waited over three hours with her crying in pain. Her pain medication was over due and they said they had no pain med in the office. He spent about 10 min. with her. Dr. Braaton bedside manner is poor.We will not keep the return appt.
in Escalon, CA |
Dr. Braaton was ill prepared and unorganized. He had not reviewed xrays or chart. He asked patient to stand after telling her at previous visit she was not weight bearing. At conclusion of visit, no orders were provided. Won't be scheduling a follow up appointment.
New York, NY |
Waited over an hour twice while waiting for Doctor to come into the room. We left the second time without seeing the doctor. Told my mom to find another doctor, one who won't abuse her time.
