There is not enough room for me to type my entire story, but Dr. Bell was extremely rude and unprofessional. We were running a touch late as we got stuck in traffic. We still accounted for traffic so weren't THAT late even though traffic was WAY worse than usual. We were in the car for 2 hours with 3 children ages 2-7. We called ahead of time to say we were running late. My daughter that was supposed to be seen was on antibiotic for almost an entire month. She really needed to be seen. Dr. Bell REFUSED to see her because we were a little late even though the operator ended up telling us to come. He even hid in the back and told staff to say that he left. He eventually came out when I said I wasn't going anywhere until I spoke to him knowing he was still there. Needless to say, we are looking for an ent that actually cares about their patients well being and doesn't name call parents. Right before us was another mother who also had it out with Dr. Bell. Coincidence? I think not.

Felt rushed. Recieved no useful answer. Ended up with a sinus infection and found another ent. Wasted my time and money. What a shame.

Not sure who others were describing. Dr. Bell saw my son tonight -- it was an emergency situation. He was thoughtful, helpful, and described his 3 separate conditions explicitly. Would absolutely return to him.
