I agree with the second review. I'm a 38 yr old brown male, he was upfront, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. I did not have to wait a long time for him in the patient's room either. During our discussion, I had to repeat myself a couple of times which I didn't take personal and gave him the benefit of the doubt since we were both wearing our masks. After being diagnosed with an ACL tear it was followed by an MRI and a review of the MRI a week later.

Do not waste your time with this doctor. I had a nasty fall with several injuries. He acted condescending and dismissive toward me and made me cry in pain several times. When I attempted to describe where I was having pain he cut me off midsentence and told me that he has seen thousands of fall injuries and I have not, so he's telling me I need therapy and I'll be fine. I got a second opinion and my shoulder most likely has a tear in it. I will never go back to this doctor.

I don't understand these other 1 star reviews. Dr. Belich was indeed very straightforward and to the point which was much appreciated. He addressed the nature of my knee problems and told me the best method to manage those problems. Will definitely return if new problems arise.

Horrible doctor. Wretched person. Condescending. He doesn't do anything. He won't treat you, give you, explain anything. He'll just recommend that you permanently refrain from whatever sport or physical activities you currently participate in. He's also extremely unprofessional. I waited an hour and a half past my appointment time to see him. At which point he used all of our 15 minutes of face time to complain about the facility that I used to get my MRI.

I have to agree with all the other 1 star reviews. He didn't want to fully explain what the cause of the health issue is. He was not interested in educating you on your condition or all the possible solutions for it. He reprimanded you for asking questions. He thinks he is a god of some sort and wants you to just shut up and do what he tells you, no questions asked. Extremely rude and really does NOT care AT ALL about the "patient's spirit" as is written in his care philosophy.

The absolute worst experience I've ever had at Loyola. This guy didn't appear to have the slightest interest in healing my condition. He didn't address my pain, didn't follow up, even after I attempted to get back in contact with him.. This man should have walked away when he lost his passion.

Dr. Belich was very abrupt, rude, & condescending. There is a lack of communication within the orthopedic department. One of the ortho nurses was extremely rude both on the phone and in written communication. Dr. Belich was every bit as rude as she was. So much for Loyola treating the human spirit. Very upsetting experience.
