Dr. Phelan recently demonstrated a lack of professionalism, poor communication, and bad judgment. Through one mistake, he created significant and unnecessary trauma for me. Dr. Phelan has a very unique characteristic that you don't usually find in a physician....he listens to you! He also makes you feel very comfortable about your visit, and explains your condition in understandable terms. I rate him very highly.
