Dr.O'Meara is a fantastic surgeon! He has done rotator cuff repairs on both shoulders ,a knee mcl/acl repair on my knee and my husbands! Excellent movement . He doesn't beat around the bush. We followed his rehab protocols and we are extremely pleased with the results.
