Terrible experience with how these nursing facilities and doctors work. He was my sons doctor at Pruitt Health Carolina Point, terrible facility dont send your loved ones here, they will kidnap your loved ones and send them far away, anyway, Dr. O'brien is also the doctor at the facility my son is at now, Rose Manor - Concordia Care. My son has been there for going on two years and has not seen him yet. My sons condition has deteriorated in the past two years since he's been here.

Dr Obrien is a sorry doctor. My husband have had him twice because of the facility that he was a patient uses this doctor. Why he is still in business? He called himself treating my husband for rehab and especially for a bed sore. When my husband was released to come home; he had an awful bed sore. I was the one that treated my husband and it took it a long time to heal. Obrien used an across the shelf med on my husband. He also did not do rehab for my husband like he was supposed to.

I fell 35' off of a utility pole, I had to learn how to take small steps and eventually learn to walk again. I was taken to Wake Med under the care of Dr Patrick O'Brien for rehabilitation, it was one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life. Dr Patrick O'Brien and his staff are the BEST in every aspect with anything to do with a person that is in need of rehabilitation services. I have been a patient of Dr O'Brien's for over 10 years now.

I was an inpatient at PRUITTHEALTH CARE MANAGEMENT INC for 28 days and Dr. O'Brien was assigned to me as my physician. Never once did I see him. His name was on the the prescriptions I took home with me. I had a very serious fall when I was there and two days later a PA came and saw me. Dr. O'Brien never did. I'm going to give 3 stars on most of the following questions because N/A is not an option. If Dr. O'Brien is the assigned physician at a facility, he should at least make an appearance..
