Office first requires mask (fine) then requires photo for their records (of mask). After I politely refused, Doc himself came out to stand VERY far away from desk to conduct conversation with me that entire waiting room could hear, asking for the pic, saying he would not see me w/out pic. Forget HIPAA laws, how about common sense? They already had my photo ID. They are so wrapped up in what they've learned is 'modern' office management that they can't think for themselves. I left.

Awesome, Dr Grace saw me in one day and did an epidural block the next day. His only concern was relieving my pain and he did that. He is a thorough professional as well as a caring person. He took the time to understand my problem and fix it. I highly recommend this young physician.

My experience has been excellent, very helpful. I have been treated with dignity and respect compared to the 3 other pain management offices I have been to. Overall I really feel like they spend as much time as I need and I never feel rushed.

I’m very impressed with Dr. Ramos and the nurse practitioner , but when I had problems getting my medication or even getting through to the office for 3 days they passed me off to Susie. She was kind, listened to me and took care of my problem Within 15 minutes. I was also very impressed with Greg he and Susie are assets to your office. It’s refreshing to know that office staff still care about their patients. It makes going to pain management ... manageable. Connie A. T

Dr. Grace and his PA, Holly are both excellent providers! They have been extremely helpful in my recovery from a rollerblading accident. Everyone from the front desk to the radiology technicians are professional and caring. I trust my healthcare team, because they have amazing credentials, and take the time to listen to me. They always make my comfort a priority. I’m so happy I chose this route of recovery. I have been able to go back to work because they provided me relief.

I was very impressed with Dr. Grace as he really cares if you are comfortable with his care and really trust his care. Few doctors really seem to care or ask. He was very caring and gentle in the treatment and cared very much if you were in pain. After being in the care of another reputable back doctor this was a terrific experience and I am very happy I am in his care.
